Godspell jr.

i always feel the need to apologize for the large gaps of time in between my blog posts. i am blogging in my head all day long but i can't seem to make myself sit down long enough at the computer to share it with all of you. lately i've also been doing a lot of soul searching...nursing school has come up again but i know with certainty that it is not the path the GOD has me on. i think i would be a fine nurse but i really believe the LORD has other things in store for me. namely, photography. i love my camera. i love taking pictures. i have a lot to learn. so, instead of trying to craft a whole life plan for me right at this moment, i am going to just take a photography class at santa fe in the fall just to learn more about my camera and the basics of it all...and who knows where it will lead.

 so miss lillianna had her stage debut in godspell jr. as part of an AMAZING children's theater company called musical me theater (more info here) she sang and acted her little heart out and we were in tears with joy and pride...i think this is HER THING. her whole fan club came to watch (minus uncle john and auntie leslee, although they would have liked to be there). she also amassed the equivalent of a floral shops' worth of flowers for her brilliant performance :) and as a side-note to the above picture, CONGRATS to uncle tim and his beautiful fiancee dianne! i've hit the jack-pot in the sister-in-law department!

 miss bella--not to be outdone--requested flowers too...and as any good grandparents would do--they indulged :)

 after each performance we would go out for ice cream to celebrate--we chose sweet dreams this night--and so did ALL of gainesville, celebrating UF graduation :)

musical me's summer production is seussical jr. and lily is signed up to be in it...i really am thrilled that she has found her niche...it has been a long and winding road getting to this point. we couldn't be more proud of her...cheers
